- Orders over £50.00 maybe sent by courier and require a signature. It may be more convenient to you to provide a work address to ensure your delivery reaches you as soon as possible! The courier delivers Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm only. If you are not in when a delivery is made the courier will leave a card detailing how delivery can be re-arranged. Sorry, We are unable to specify a time of delivery. As a signature is needed to confirm delivery we are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes. We normally send orders out within three days of receipt of payment, however at busier times of the year this may take up to seven days.

- If for any reason you wish to return your order, please return in its original packaging to the address below Emma Ball Ltd Ground Floor Warehouse Hartley Business Centre Hucknall Road Nottingham NG5 1FD 01159858081 We suggest returning with a proof of posting. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse the cost of postage unless the items are faulty or delivered in error, we will refund or exchange once received.

We also make delivery overseas, charges do vary please contact us with any questions We will notify you as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and when approximately it should arrive. - Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment may be made via paypal, through the website. You may also phone through an order and pay via visa, mastercard, debit and electron cards. Or alternatively post your order and a cheque made payable to Emma Ball Ltd, and posted to the address on the contacts page Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
